The representative seem like he didn't care at all! He's a poor example for customer service!! He act like he didn't want to break my fees and things down so I would be satisfied and happy with my reservation!! He was very unconcern!! I book this hotel every time I come to Louisville because it's so comfortable and peaceful. But he made me feel uneasy about him!! He need a serious inservice on guality customer service!!! He just did not care at all!!!

Called to cancel reservation and once I stated this I was hung up on! I then called hotel directly to cancel. Confirmation #21832 for cancellation, also put a dispute on credit card to make sure payment cancelled since I cancelled since I had free cancellation until March 22 at 12:00 am MST
