"Excellent help in seeking a place to stay."

I called seeking a room at The Minuteman Inn, a place that was my second home when medical issues kept me in MA during the pandemic.The service repwith whom I spoke was an EXCELLENT LISTENER!He went out of his way to assist me with finding an alternative place to stay. As I lived in the Acton-Boxborough area for 36 years, I have some back-up places that I can use. He was very understanding and even sent me a follow-up text with the link for further investigation. I will definitely try again in the future.

Price was too high when he read back info and he listed the wrong hotel on line the price was 139 plus tax He read back 194 which included cancellation insurance which is included by the hotel for free. With this kind of service I doubt if I'll be using your service in the future. I did tell him to cancel the reservation he made
