Your site booked a stay for me and charged me a fee and once we got to the hotel. We were told there was no reservation made, due to them not having any rooms available. Please refund my money

The price was good, the motel is next to a freeway, so there was a lot of traffic noise. It was advertised that there was free breakfast, but when I arrived, there was no breakfast, only coffee.

The first reservation was automatically put on my credit card! I told them I always pay at the hotel at check in! The reservation is not until May! I have been trying to get this off of my credit card since Feb 7. I have talked to the hotel, they said the guests always pay at check in! I have had nothing but trouble getting my refund! I DO NOT a voucher! I want my money back! I finally did receive my money off of my credit card on Feb 26th!
