Made reservation, had to add another night. They can't add to a current reservation so they made a new one. Second night reservation was made for one bed instead of two. They called hotel to cancel it and said they would issue a voucher to make a new reservation. Voucher was never issued and we were left stranded without a hotel room. Will NEVER use again. They deserve ZERO stars.I needed the voucher for 3/2/24. They issued a voucher on 3/4/24. I spoke with a representative and they told me to book a room, pay for it and they would reimburse me. Said they would send an email with instructions on how to get reimbursed. Nothing. A voucher issued March 4th for a hotel stay on March 2nd does me no good. I have copies of reciepts. Would be happy to change my review if you turn your voucher into a reimbursement.
