"People were incompetent"

People were incompetent, gave different prices, one couldn't find my location and I got hung up on during my making my reservation when called back lost my room and price. No more rooms like it.

"After weeks our issue has not been resolved"

We have been working to resolve this issue for weeks, continue to be promised a call back from a supervisor, which never happens, and our reservation has been canceled, rebooked, and threatened to be canceled again because there is a bug in the Hotel Planner system. Please attend to this issue ASAP and get back to us with a resolution!

The representative transferred me without answering my questions or sharingi was being transferred.. and I was transferred to reservation which I was not interested in and didn't have a reference number.

"HotelPlanner is terrible!! UPDATE: but trying to improve."

IF I could give a zero, I would. I have a $415 voucher from HotelPlanner. I went through that link.booked a hotel, couldn't use the voucher, and then when I called, the HotelPlanner rep offered to book the same hotel for me for $200 more dollars. I already have it booked. I want to apply the voucher to pay for a portion of the bill.UPDATE: to be truthful. HotelPlanner leadership reached out to me to listen to my frustrations. I appreciate them taking the time to show that they cared about their customers experience. The fact that they contacted me based on the review and an email I sent the company shows that they are trying to improve the product and service.
