The person was very friendly, honest and helpful in helping me to decide what hotels to stay at. I have never traveled to Lafayette before.

"I felt cheated"

I was flying to Amsterdam and booked my hotels with hotel planner as they provided the cheapest rates. When I completed my payment and booking, I received a confirmation email saying that I need to pay an extra ~55 euros when I arrive at the hotel. This was never mentioned while I was making the booking. I reached out to them asking why this was the case and they suggested that it was some kind of confusion and hotels charge some fees in some cases. I asked them why was I not informed about the fees before I completed my booking and they were fixated with this being some confusion on my end. I felt cheated as this is not about the extra amount but principles. I asked for a refund as I was not interested in going through this booking with hotel planner anymore. They told me that as it is a non-refundable booking, they cannot provide a refund.

"When we called"

When we called, we called to ask if we would be able to bring my ESA cat, Stardust, into a room at Days Inn by Wyndham Ocean Shores,WA if we booked a room for the night. Alexandra said they don't accept animals unless it is a service animal. So I asked if there was another place we can stay in Ocean shores that would accept my ESA cat staying with us. She said she would look one up for me. I asked her for the cheapest in the area that would allow Stardust. Preferably 2 bed but 1 bed would be fine. She told me the cheapest she could find would be a 2 bed at Wanderlust Inn in Ocean Shores, WA. for $102. I said that would be great! I didn't know what it looked like. All I knew was that it was the cheapest and Stardust could stay with us. She booked our reservation for the night and we get there soon after. After we figure out how to get into the room that was booked for us we find that it's amazing! We were shocked that it was so nice for only $102. Well, she booked the reservation under Jaunita not Juanita and the place is not anywhere near $102. It is one charge of $19.87(we don't know what for but it is stated as HOTEL LODG* WANDERLUST as the charge in my mom's bank account), another under HOTELS206-880-1917 for $149.64. Then there are exactly 4 other charges for $0.00. We were told this would be $102 to stay here. We've only been here for a couple of hours so far. I am upset because we went into this reservation being told one price and being charged another. This is not okay.

I will never willingly use this company EVER. It has been the worst experience I have ever had. Confirmed a room I had, then 5 minutes later I get an email saying my room was cancelled. They gave me a voucher for the trouble and when I went to use the voucher, it says invalid

Would not hold room for me until I gave my credit card number over the phone. I thought being a member I could have a room held til I arrived in 2 to 3 hrs and then show my credit card.
