I hadn't noticed that your fees are in USD. That is my fault, not yours. However, it is unreasonable to charge a $20 USD cancelation fee if reservations are cancelled right away. All the other 3rd party hotel booking companies I've used before do not charge a $20 service charge (and use CAD, not USD). A 12hr window for free cancellations is reasonable - or even an hour.

"I spent yesterday going in circles."
I spent yesterday going in circles trying to speak w/someone. I was constantly asked for my PIN number which I wasn't given. My name & email were both spelled wrong. So I had nothing but a text to go by. Even trying to email you was crazy. Always asking for my pin! I explained in 4emails over & over. Then asked to call you only I was given out of the country phone number that I wasn't going to call. I stopped trying as I was not happy & needed to step away. Bc I needed to cancel my reservation bc plans had changed. Today I was able to finally speak w/someone who kindly helped me. She changed the spelling of my name and email & got the reservation canceled! Sent me a email w/everything being canceled. Thank you Jonah!!

"You would not apply my voucher."
You would not apply my voucher #9999659723198697 for $838.92 to my new booking at the Conrad Hotel even though it is your voucher! I tried to apply it again when I booked the Conrad for March 5-10, but it wouldn't be honored at the hotel. I have wasted many hours of many days on hold without any satisfaction. I AM DONE WITH THIS VOUCHER NONSENSE! Please fix this by returning the money you owe me to my credit card ASAP
