"I booked a hotel in the UK for May 2024."

I booked a hotel in the UK for May 2024 and then cancelled the reservation because I was charged up front for the 2 days although I was told I could pay at the hotel at the end of my stay. I am still waiting for a credit on my card - 8 days after cancelling. Outrageous and I am never using your service again. In the end I booked with the hotel direct and received a much lower rate.

"Avoid at all costs!"

It started well, we got an offer from a hotel via Kristin. The hotel then said they never sent that offer and it was in fact incorrect - MASSIVE price difference and not bookable for another six months.Despite emails every 2 ish weeks to Kristin, Danielle and many other generic emails I haven't had any explanation, apology or help with this.The company was meant to help with wedding hotel block booking and management but it's been over two months with no reply. Much easier to do myself and not worth the headache of trying to work with Hotel Planner.Avoid at all costs!EDIT: I then had Melanie Planelles reach out and ask me to email her more info - which I did 11 days ago plus a follow up and of course..no reply!

"Didn't even listen to my question"

Honestly, I think you did a terrible job! I literally was still in the middle of talking and you transferred me. I'm still unable to figure out how to get my early check in. You didn't even listen to my question transferred me and then all of a sudden I get this text for a review? You weren't even on the phone with me for 30 seconds.

"Very ANGRY"

I dialed what I thought was the phone number for the actual Hotel, I didn't realize I got Travel Company like Expedia or whatever Company I got. I asked "Is your Hotel the one attached to the CAM building" and was told "Yes it is!" Instead of being told "we are a booking company, I see that it is" I get a discount for using THIS HOTEL for having a medical procedure at the CAM building which I lost out on because the booking went thru your lying mouth by not telling me you were not the actual Hotel making this reservation. PLUS I also found out that I was severely overcharged for my room rates! So, you asked how did you do? You did a shifty job! Over charged me, lied to me, I called on a 314 area code under the belief I was calling the actual Hotel themselves, lost out on a discount that I was due. I am going to call the Credit Card Company to see if I can get some of the money back because even though I DID stay at the Hotel and I do know I owe part of the fee, I feel that part of it was a scam. You deserve to be turned into the BBB! ?
