HotelPlanner.com beat all of the other rates for the hotel I wanted to book. I needed a refundable rate, because I'm not sure yet if I need to be at a conference. I called the hotel directly today to verify that I have a reservation, because I have been surprised in the past when using a third party site to book a hotel reservation, and the hotel had no reservation for me. This time, the hotel confirmed that they have my reservation, so I am very pleased with HotelPlanner.com.
