The company masks the number to the actual hotel. My wife did an google search and was connected to this company. She assumed she was dealing with the hotel directly when the reservations were made. Flight was cancelled and when trying to cancel the reservation we were told that is non-refundable in an email after numerous attempts to contact over the phone and chat. Member of Am Ex for 40 years and have never filed a dispute! They can not help due to the companies non-refund policy. As others have reviewed, Stay away from this non-conventional reservation company!! All the large companies do not have this policy and with past experience, will accommodated unforeseen changes in travel. What really bothers me more than anything is the fact that the reservation states my wife was offered refund protection on the phone and refused the option. My wife is a detailed person and no such option was expressed! Scott Hamilton
