"Neal - Best Customer Service!"

Neal was not only knowledgeable, patient and kind, he is also really, really good at customer service. You have a rare gem in Neal and I hope that you appreciate him. He could teach others a thing or two about customer service! Btw-others does not apply to anyone else at Wyndham because everyone has been great but Neal was exceptional! Never change Neal!

"Advertising is purposefully deceitful."

Advertising is purposefully deceitful so that you think you are speaking directly with the hotel. It's not. My advice is to confirm that you are speaking directly with the hotel. They charge fully upfront and hold that amount on your credit card. When trying to alter a reservation they will confirm verbally that it is possible but will not change the dates with the hotel, nor process refunds. It also very difficult to escalate an issue. I have called hotelplanner 5 times between original booking and attempting to be refunded for difference between original and altered itinerary. Each time the person on the other end takes the information and assures that the issue will be addressed but nothing happens. Very poor, approaching deceitful customer service.

"I was misled not being told that that."

I was misled not being told that that $9.99 of my reservation would not be returned if I cancelled. I also thought I was talking directly to the hotel I was booking but instead it was a "reservation support". There was supposed to be breakfast included, but the printed reservation indicated close by eateries to consider.
