Genuinely stay away, coming after a lot of research!!!LEFT US STRANDED They are with many companies including 2gether and covermybreakdown etcSeriously ngl avoidThey usually try not to come. However if you were to breakdown the second time then I don't think they will come ever again. They will make an excuse. Read the other reviews please. Apparently, even if the tyre was punctured they won't come, it says on their reviews.

Help arrived within the time given and the service was first class. We have used Emergency Assist for a few years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Easy to set up cover. Cover given very cheap compared to major brands. No intention to use but reassuring should the worse happen.

Don't call them when in an emergency they use there wording like it's water.When you cancel due to there miss conditions, ie all they go on about is wording. They charge you a $10 admin fee within 14 days cooling off period. Never be honest with them if you use your car for business as once they find out that's it your cars not covered at all even if you use it for a day trip. Also if your cars 15 years or older your not covered, easy to set up but when your in emergency, and it's raining they charge you $300 when your not covered so stay away stick with RAC or AA don't use the 3rd parties as they are back street scammers. Wish I looked at there reviews and not get mugged by those daylight robberies.When on phone this women was shouting at me I said I would like to speak to your manager, it was another call handler, or if it was a manager you all need customer service as your dealing with customers. I would rate 0* if I could not any experience I have ever received.

Fantastic service. Remained in touch throughout the breakdown informing me when the recovery would arrive.On arrival, the recovery engineer was fantastic, tried to repair my vehicle before recovering to a garage of my choice. Highly recommended!!!
