"Quick arrival.. but not helpful"

Though the recovery driver turned up before I received the call to say what time they were going to be with me. The recovery driver jump started my car and told me that my battery was fine.But when I went to use the car again, the car wouldn't start again. Having car insurance with RAC I was able to call them out at a discount price. On their discovery, they told me that the battery was shot and I agreed to them going to pick up a new battery for me as they didn't have one on the van.

"Automatic renewal failed"

I didn't receive an email saying my renewal payment couldn't be taken so I assumed it had gone through, as stated in the renewal reminder email, but when I didn't receive my new documents I chased it up to find out that my policy had not been renewed and I was no longer covered.

Easy process, called in the breakdown told the name of who would call me, they did in the time stayed, no long waiting time turned up very pleasant sorted the issue. Excellent would definitely recommend.
