Rang on two separate occasions and wasn't actually helped either time. Operators were rude and unhelpful, I was asked to provide proof of purchases and work carried out to the vehicle which I didn't have on me as I had broken down and wasn't at home where I keep paperwork. I was told on one occasion they could arrange for it to be towed to a garage for nearly $200. Shocking service, will not be using them again!
