"Repudiation" is the key word that EA use in relation to Parts & Labour claims. They tried one excuse/reason after another to refuse my claim. In the end I submitted a County Court Claim and they eventually paid up! A complete load of aggravation!

Just found it a bit fustrating that I could not renegotiate a lower price. My yearly subscription had goine up by a third and have never used the service?

I've been pleasantly surprised with this company. Being so cheap I was worried about the service I'd receive. The communication was exceptional and a mechanic came to my home within 1.5hours to try and start the van, but couldn't. So 45 minutes later the recovery truck arrived and took my van to my garage. Would highly recommend

I have been with this breakdown company for over 5 years now and get rewarded every year by getting cheaper breakdown cover. Luckily I have only had to claim once or twice over the years but when I have they have been sufficient, timely and stress free so far so good, highly recommend
