Called them for the 1st time to attend to my car breakdown and received a $98.40 cancellation charge yet my roadside assistance vehicle arrived and attended to my breakdown!!!.I have emailed their complaints department disputing the invoice and it will definitely will not be paid as I have all the evidence of a tow truck attending to my broken down vehicle. 1st time in using and I shall definitely not be renewing my contract with them
