"Had to call my own garage, what a premium service ...not"
I thought premium care would have me covered to a good standard. Turns out out this is not so. I broke down, phoned breakdown who told me I am responsible in finding a garage to accept my car. Took me 30 mins to find a garage, then had a long phone call back to emergency assist, to tell them what gargae and answer another million questions I already answered, i could barely hear what they were saying. No roadside assistant covered even though it says so. No courtesy car available on my cover either, what a joke.

Emergency assist have never let me down I have been with them for years I've used them a few times and there always on time we have three cars covered by them

I cancelled my policy I signed up for on line. the policy was less than two days old and Emergency Assist Ltd charged me $10 for cancelling.Membership number:-BDN2-1553156There was poor phone dialogue with the firms receptionist.

I want to know in the event of a breakdown would my vehicle be taken to my home address. I have the premium policy which includes national breakdown but unfortunately cant get a reply to my question
