"Great company for Emergency breakdown cover"

I have used this company for our breakdown cover for several years. They have always provided great service and have very competitive pricing. Would highly recommend and will be continuing to use them going forwards.

We have been with Emergency Assist for one year and this will be our second year now. We have not had to call them regarding a breakdown but it is the reassurance that you have a company to call in the event of a problem.

My car would not start so I phoned Emergency Assist and within an hour pick up van arrived and delivered my car to the local garage. Great delivery and within the following morning car was repaired!

The rescue vehicle arrived before the estimated time. However, the call centre agent was not sympathetic to the situation. This is an area where improvement is required.

I've been with emergency assist for many years, I have now put my mazda bongo on the policy i did the online deal of 50%and with my correct details paid the quote,now it says its dosnet cover my vehicle!!!!
