"Absolutely appalling"
Absolutely appalling! Do NOT use. We reported our car had broken down at our home address with the rear wheel break locked through lack of use. They sent a recovery vehicle which was the wrong one to collect a car with locked wheels. They then refused to come altogether saying our lane was too narrow for their recovery vehicle and wanting to charge us a $350 cancellation fee! While the lane is indeed narrow, fire engines and bin lorries managed to get down it and there is a huge turning space at the bottom so there was absolutely no excuse for them not to come. The local Recovery people have no problems coming down the lane and charging me for their service, but seen the fact I have an insurance with Emergency Assist I don't see why I should pay someone else to come and do the job they are contracted to do. And how do they have the gall to want to charge me a cancellation fee! Just appalling.

"I liked the discount on the price as."
I liked the discount on the price as the breakdown costs have shot up with all companies.I can't give any comments yet as not had to use you for a breakdown service.

"Great service"
Had only been a member a short while before needing assistance on the road. The breakdown driver was so quick to get to me and really helpful

"Waste of a premium - avoid"
Also under the guise 2Gether insurance and probably more**I have since sent a video to prove it's not my battery (lights on etc) the breakdown co think it's an electrical drain** Disgusting to leave me stranded in an empty multi storey car park an hour from my home**I arrived home from holiday Friday after a long haul flight, very tiredMy car did not start, I called this companyMy policy could not be found for agesSpoke to Damien (surly and rude)He straight away said as I had had a call out in the last 60 days I had to pay up front before any further assistance, it was the 5th of January which is more than 60 days and have replaced the battery after that, brand new batteryHe went on to say, even if I paid (up to $324) upfront that I only had a choice of(A) someone to come out OR (B) taken to the nearest garage. Not both as in my policy and if unrelated would be reimbursed I explained, I was freezing cold, nearly 70 years old in a multi storey car park, broken down completely alone and scared and he did not give a damn! I also have a heart problem and nearly collapsed as my blood pressure rocketedI am disgusted at his flat, unhelpful, uncaring tone. No Customer Service skills whatsoever, quite shocking really. I did not have a coat and was shakingI got help from a lovely couple who happened by and he managed to get my car started and I finally got home. Called them out finally on Saturday and attended but charged through the roof, I wasn't thinking straight and paid. Since then they have flatly refused to give me my money back, breakdown sad they charge $50 to $60 for a jump start, I paid $324 (stupidly) they won't even give me some back after admitting on email that recovery is $125. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CHEAP BUT USELESS

"Rescue"
When calling for assistance from the M25 the agents voice was ineligible. Despite explaining I was next to a numbered SOS Telephone he didn't understand. Eventually the recovery vehicle arrived and the driver was very helpful. He said he was told to take me to KIA UK Walton on Thames which is a headquarters and not a garage. I had to arrange for my car to be taken to Birchwood Kia Eastbourne at a cost to myself as it wasn't covered as it was classed as the same breakdown. Very poor service

"Breakdown cover"
I have my insurance on automatic renewal. They inform one before it's due so I can change my mind if I want. They are a good company and I would recommend then.

"You forgot your parts and labour cover"
You forgot your parts and labour cover! That was the subject of an email they sent me within minutes of taking breakdown cover. No I did not forget it I simply did not select it and neither did I agree to marketing
