Been with the company a few years. this was the first time i needed to call them out. The mechanic arrived prompty, did a good job getting getting the car started. Altogether impressive

"I was coerced into answering if my flat."

I was coerced into answering if my flat tyre was due to hitting a pothole. I replied I'd hit many potholes. He then pressured me into saying 'Yes, I've hit a pothole". He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn't covered as that was classed as an accident. I was miles away from home (70 mile round trip) and after enduring a 12 hour night shift. I couldn't afford the call out fee plus the cost of a new tyre so went elseware. Turns out my 1 month old Avon tyre had a nail in it. This was my first dealing with this company. I shall not be renewing.

This company offered everything I asked for regarding breakdowns cover, The price was much cheaper, there was also a special offer on and I got it for half price.I won't know how good the call-out is until I need their help, which I hope won't be for a long time. !

Very reasonable price for this year's cover. So much better than mainstream roadside assistance services which I think are very pricey- they offer a new customer cheap rate and then bump up the cost at renewal! I'll be sticking with Emergency Assistance
