Car was dead no power at all. Refused to come out as stated we could have left an interior light on! Apparently in their Ts & Cs. Got into the car and check and found no interior light had been left on. Phoned back and still refused to come out as we had already in innocently stated 'May' have left a light on which we found we hadn't. They stated will not come out regardless! Left my 6month pregnant daughter stranded!!!!! Appalling customer service. Cancelled my own renewal also. Will NEVER go near this company again. Their reply ssts it all utter lack of understanding.. There was no fault on our part and their reply is pathetic waffle.
