Prompt answer to my phone call . The service desk put us as urgent as I had my elderly parents in the car and it was a cold evening. Phone call from service desk to update me on eta of mechanic. Mechanic rang me after about half hour of waiting to say he was five minutes away. Mechanic very friendly and quickly got us back on the move .

Site was easy to use and the cover was great value. My car is quite old but has never let me down as I keep it regularly serviced. My mileage is low these days and, as my car is mainly used for local shopping trips, I greatly appreciated the very reasonable price.
