"Ease of Ordering was great but missing a part of the charger"
The ease of ordering my new Apple watch was great. However, I did NOT receive a plug adapter for the charger so I was unable to charge the watch in order to set it up. Once I ordered a plug adapter from Amazon and received it the set up was relatively simple.

"Consumer Cellular is terrible!!"
Consumer Cellular is terrible!!! Do not waste your time. The US customer support will not help you. I was a Straight Talk customer for 10+ years and decided to give CC a try. That was a huge waste of time and money. I bought a brand new IPhone 15 pro max. I was told I'd have 5G in my area before ordering the phone. I did about 25+ speed tests, even with full signal I couldn't get more than 1/2 of a Mbps for speed. Most of time I tried a speed test with full signal it said I had no connection. When I called the US tech support, one agent told me to contact the cell phone tower company. LOL. How do you even do that? I had to return the phone to CC because the service was so bad. Even though I bought the phone outright I couldn't bring the phone to another carrier. I live in Michigan and get very good signal because I live in town. I've since switched to Spectrum and couldn't be happier with their service and deals. I'm now back to getting over 100+ Mbps when I run a speed test. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Consumer Cellular. I would have given them 0 stars if I was able.

"Caught in the middle!"
Got the sim card very quickly but haven't been able to establish phone service for 4 days now. Old carrier blames CC and CC blames old carrier. I'm caught in the middle. Have to get on the phone again and try to straighten this out.
