The person I did the online chat with was very patient. It took over an hour to finally get my repaired phone activated and never once did she become inpatient. I'm not exactly sure of the date.

I waited for almost 10 days for my order to ship. I had to call and ask when it was going to ship. The answer was fumbled several times until it was determined that the order hadn't shipped and they weren't sure when it would ship. The next day (I believe as a result of my prompting) the order shipped.

I was satisfied and pleased with my initial first experience contacting Consumer Cellular. Contacting a cell phone provider is usually frustrating and doesn't easily solve anything. But I received answers to questions quickly.

Consumer Cellularwas attentive to my order and saw that I had ordered a service for my phone that it wasn't eligible for. A representative called me and helped me straighten out the order and sent my new order express shipping without charge.

"Botched Delivery"
The delivery was made to an "agent" at the apartment complex, not to me directly. This is not my appointed agent, but an agent of the management. I had to physically go to a location to get my package. I never signed for it. This inconvenience was definitely not worth the shipping costs. Phone still needs to be charged, cloned and activated since the charging device was incomplete and I need to get transportation to purchase the item.
