Before transferring my service to consumer cellular, I checked to see if my phone was compatible. Their system said it was but after much hassle it turned out it wasn't. Couldn't make or receive calls, just texts. The solution, surprise, surprise was to purchase on of their phones. Buyer beware.

"Misinformation and Useless Customer Service"

I had no difficulty placing my order for an Apple Watch on 2/23/2024, but problems began when the watch arrived. Instead of instructions on how to activate the watch there was a statement thanking me for activating an additional cellular line with a new phone number which I didn't order and instructions on how to activate the line on my iPhone. When I called customer service the representative said that this was not what she saw in my account. I wanted assurance that I wasn't going to be billed for a second line but all she would say is "it's not in your account." She did not offer assistance or instructions on Apple Watch setup, which I have tried to do myself but but it doesn't seem to be fully functional. I'm reluctant to engage in another frustrating customer service experience and am seriously considering returning the Apple Watch, as it's no use to me in its current state.
