"This phone so much more complicated."

This phone so much more complicated than any phone I have used or supported. I bought it for my husband and I can't even set it up and I know he will never be able to navigate. He was just released from the hospital after having Triple By-Pass Surgery. I really, really would love to return it and purchase something simplier.

"My experience with consumer cellular"

My experience with consumer cellular. A disappointing one. Their tv ad says they will not raise their rates.Why then did I start low and opted out at $95/month?It kept going up $5 every year. And that was despite me having one of their flip phones & had to pay for AARP. Nice way to squeeze the hell out of seniors.I opted out and found a plan with another carrier - $45/month unlimited everything. I don't put up with any companies lies.

Not a convenient or well thought out process - and either form of shipping is expensive. Should "bury" the cost of 2 day shipments in overall price of product - customers would have a better overall feeling about your highly touted customer service.
