"I wanted just a regular Flip cell phone."
I wanted just a regular Flip cell phone that does nothing but let me make and receive phone calls. Instead I got one that I can not even get working! I am very upset. Can I return this one for one that is not so hard to use?

"Switching from Verizon to Consumer Cellular"
We just switched from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. Everything about the switch was easy. The only problem we had was my(but not my partners)was too old to be compatible with CC. I ordered a new phone, which I wanted to do anyway. Unfortunately, I was without a phone for 5 days. My partner had no problems setting up her phone and it worked immediately. I got my new phone and was able to transfer all my data from the old one to the new one. I am happy and satisfied with the service I received.

"CONSUMER CELLUAR GREAT, SAMSUNG NOT SO MUCH!."
Really like Consumer Cellular and would rate their company and service excellent. I like my new Samsung A15 5G ... but trying to get apps transferred has been a real hassle. I received the new phone about a week ago and am still working to get the apps I have used for years back to where they are all functional. DO NOT EXPECT ALL APPS AND DATA TO TRANSFER SEAMLESSLY!

New Cell Phone-Not easy to set up. I picked up the cell phone I ordered and it is not at all easy to set up. I messed with it for an hour and gave up. I'm not sure I want to keep it for this reason.

"My 1st rude CS Rep.at Consumer Cellular"
I maybe shouldn't give a 1 but I am just so disappointed -it's my first rude customer service person. I did the call back feature. Had to give my number and name. A female -don't want to say her name because there are probably more than one. By the time she called I had figured it out. And then she "ma'am"ed me -you say ma'am with the tone that really says you really don't mean it. And then she hung up on me!!!!! So sad. So unnecessary. If you don't want to work with the public get another job -that's what I did.

"Not a good experience!"
I ordered phones and chargers and was going through the financing option. Got a call from customer service and was told everything would be sent out in a couple days to keep an eye out for the email with the tracking number. Then later got an email stating that the order had been cancelled! No explanation as to why. So after spending all the time putting together an order and filling out everything and talking to customer service my order just gets canceled. If I wasn't approved or whatever for financing it should not have let me go through everything and the customer service rep should have said that. I have no clue why it wouldn't go through but would be nice to know. I don't recommend going through this company at all. Now they have all my information including bank card information and u have nothing!!

"This company is a whole bunch of BS"
This company is a whole bunch of BS. fraudsters contact them to get my information. they paid my bill and the company gave them all my information. they could get another SIM card from Miami and access all my bank and credit card accounts. fraudsters could steal more than 30,000 dollars out of my different accounts. And not just that when I was forced to cancel this account and changed my phone number for over 30 years, I paid my last bill. I used the service for a couple of days just before I was able to go to another company and get another phone and number and they had the nerve to charge me a complete month when I only used a couple of days. overall a HORRIBLE COMPANY. I will never recommend this company to anybody.

"Express shipping verses standard shipping"
I paid extra 25 dollars for express 2 day shipping, but received standard shipping. Technically not Consumer Cellular (CC) fault, but still the product came as if it was the same as a standard shipping. I only asked for a 5 dollar credit to offset my total cost because I did received a referral credit, but was rejected the extra 5 dollars credit do to "COMPANY RULES". I will not recommend CC to other friends plus I am writing this review - All over 5 dollars. I have been pleased otherwise with CC service.

The website was down, getting an update, so I had to wait for a few hours. But after it came up. The set up went well.
