The selection of phones was extensive and the descriptions were detailed. I am happy with the choice I made. Unfortunately, it took SIX encounters with CC to get it activated and get my contacts transferred.

I received my phone very quickly, thanks! However, the website shows "due today" and monthly payment amounts. The "due today amount did not state upfront that the down payment included all of the sales tax and a shipping charge, this nearly tripled the "due today" amount. Also, there was some difficulty in completing the information transfer using "smart switch" app. I had to re-download and restart the file transfer several times.

The transfer of info from one phone (iphone) to the other (android) not as simple as stated but got good customer service to help with all the steps.

The ordering process was smooth. The delivery process was swift and easy. Transitioning my wife's old phone and its data was not as smooth as I'd liked; I had to go through two higher escalations to get to someone who knew what to do to 'fix' the problem (which apparently stems from a new process CC had instituted and wasn't bug-free just yet). It was stressful; however, it was finally resolved.

So far everything has been good I had an outage and they helped me get back on line. The coverage is as good as Verizon and I don't have to deal with that difficult company. The price is terrific.
