It was easy to switch without having to actually talk with people. Everything was online. But when I did need some help, the tech-support was there and available.

This is February 28 I ordered a phone from you on 21 February. I paid quick delivery of two business days. As of today I have not received my phone. I have been happy with consumer cellular service. Unfortunately, there is some kind of a delivery problem.

BEWARE: I spent $25 for the expedited 2-3 day shipping option on a new iPhone; and it's now day 11 & still no phone! I have lost money & business being stranded without a ph. Every time I call CC customer service, they truly don't care since I can't get an answer as to where the ph is. They did refund me for the expedited shipping cost -but with zero explanation. I'm outraged with CC & if the ph isn't here by tomorrow, day 12 -I will cancel & no longer do business with CC. I'm done with their apathy about this huge problem for me. Why even offer 2-3 day shipping? Their website states that if the order is in by 1pm, the ph goes out that same day. ???

I purchased my consumer cellular plan online. It was a very simple process, I also bought a phone with the plan with a new number the phone came in about four days and was ready to go for the most part. Phone prices are really reasonable you can do a payment plan or pay out right for the phone. I also had to call customer service to verify some information I wanted, he was very nice and knowledgeable. I haven't had the plan long enough to write a review on the actual cell service yet, only that every where that I have been there has been no issues with cell service.

Purchasing the Samsung S24 was quite easy. Delivery took about a week. Transitioning from the old Samsung phone to the new one was difficult and time consuming, as expected. Too many difficulties to list here. Once they were resolved a couple days later, the new phone works nicely.

I took many attempts to get the iPhone 15 at the special price. It the phone arrived quickly and it was relatively easy to activate it.
