The plans start at 15.00 per month but by the time they add taxes and fees it is more like 25.00 per month. Red Pocket has better service for a flat 8.50 per month with no addition taxes or fees.

My phone arrived it did not want to charge I called and the girl said there was nothing she could do other then refer me to apple, do you not have technical support?? I was going to return the phone i was so upset. I called apple and they helped me trouble shoot here it was only a charger problem. All she had to do was trouble shoot.

You had me at Hello...well until 6 years later when you went from T Mobile and partnered with AT&T. Prior to doing so, I never had any issues, ZERO dropped calls. I now need to update my phone every few days, receive RETRY on emails 80% of the time, and the list goes on. There's an old saying, "if it ain't broke, DON'T fix it"! This gal is gone!!!!

I recommend going into the store to make purchase, I've been without service for over a week due to waiting for a physical SIM card to come through the mail. I have an iPhone, so much for it being smart enough to recognize a carrier change.

I like that I could do everything online. When I did have a question and called customer service, the representatives were very helpful and courteous. The only thing I didnt like was having to wait several days for my service to be transfered from my old carrier. I'm sure it was done as soon as possible and it was stated on their website. Over all I would still give them 5 stars.
