Great Phone Support!I spoke to several agents while working out some kinks in moving from Xfinity to CC. All the agents were pleasant and knowledgeable, and thankfully not reading from scripts. This is why I moved to you from Xfinity--in the first place you cannot call them, you have to use chat, and it is VERY slow and frustrating--please don't ever go for the supposed cost savings of changing your support model--good support service will keep me around.
