What didn't go wrong? No help from a single human. Bot calls to aggravate me, had to go elsewhere after they failed to deliver a sim card. Was never told I had to give up wifi calling via Xfinity. Rude and untrained in product and help getting into my account. I do not think I can deal with incompetence for long.

What made experience great was our questions were answered on how the ordering the upgrade for my phone. The person who helped us out a week ago today at night between the hour of 5-6 pm made us more comfortable ordering the phone from start to finish. Customer service is the most important key in keeping customers coming back and giving referrals.

I've been trying to start up the new phone for 3DAYS. I follow the prompts and maybe one time out of 5 the program gets to the data transfer point and stalls out. The last time it got that far it asked for my gmail password but wouldn't take it. I quit. I'll get my wife to drive me to Target (I'm handicapped) and see if THEY can set it up. The on-line help was totally useless!

"Consumer Cellular Customer Service"
Consumer Cellular Customer Service is great, although the hours of operation for chat and phones calls could be longer. Changing over from Boost to CC has not been extremely easy, requiring trips to get SIM cards at Target and getting sent an incorrect eSIM email. But Customer Service was very helpful getting through this so far. I still have two phones to move from Boost (5 total) but you can only move 3 when opening an account, not helpful.
