I very much disliked that there was no charging block included with my new cell phone. With as large a company that C/C is, I would imagine that with your purchasing power, you could at least arrange for Samsung to provide the charging block with the new phone. Instead, I had to order the block on-line and wait two whole days before I could fully charge my NEW PHONE and get some use out of it and the service that I was paying you guys for. The last three phones that I ordered from you came with the charging block. What happened, who is the Cheapo, Samsung or C/C? Thanks for making me wait to use my NEW Phone.

I had more than the usual difficulty getting an account set up, due to problems relating to my previous phone service, but I found the persons at Consumer Cellular that I talked to sympathetic and helpful--Much MORE so than most other Customer Services for many other companies.

"It was frustrating that when Consumers.frustrating process"
It was frustrating that when Consumers was running a sale on iPhones and the were out of stock from day one. Checked back multiple times and days in case they were back in stock. No luck. I talked to a supervisor about this and said they should honor the price when back in stock after the sale or let me order it as a back order and I was denied. Finally a phone that was $300 more than I wanted to spend was available in only one color and memory storage size so I bought it. I feel like consumers didn't practice what they preach about having the seniors back. They specifically target this age group for business.However the actual process of buying a phone,getting it delivered, the interest free payment plan is good. Their tech support in helping set up the new phone along with Apple care is very good.

"Disappointment start to finish"
Had originally bought refurbished phone but the order was cancelled because I also bought insurance and Apple won't insure a refurbished phone. Tried to cancel the insurance and suddenly the phone wasn't available. Then tried to buy a new one and the computers at consumer cellular went down for 2 days. Finally got the order placed. Paid for express delivery (1-2 business days guaranteed) and it took 7 days to arrive. All around TERRIBLE experience.

Was approved and made my $105 payment and had shipping information only for them to call me at 8 am the following day thanking me for their business with an introductory call. Then got a call again for same thing except they said they couldn't approve me for the phones. So they get your info, your current providers account and pin for number transfer and take the PAYMENT when the financing isn't even done. I was approved at Verizon for 4 iPhone 15 and lines. Something doesn't feel right with this company.

I love Consumer Cellular and plan never to leave them. However, buying this new phone was problematic since FOR SOME REASON the phone company link to iCloud could not recognize my Apple password. Finally I fixed the problem by creating a new Apple password.

"Consumer cellular is the worst phone."
Consumer cellular is the worst phone company you will ever choose. It was nothing but lies from the first day on. They promised 5G, and i never had more than 4G. They swore all i would ever need is 10G, and that didn't last more than a few days. When you hit the 10g mark, they don't tell/ask you, they just throw you up into the higher cost plan. What started out as $25, end at being $55. I tried for months to get a transfer pin...it took me an hour on hold for a supervisor, and 3 solid months of putting up with their crap. STAY AWAY FROM CONSUMER CELLULAR! THE TRUE RIP OFF PHONE SERVICE!

Iris phone received is giving me trouble. Still can't make calls. When dialed states "call failed". Cannot manually load new contacts because after inserting first letter won't let me input correct second letter to continue on. Very disappointed with new Iris phone so far!

Our buying experience has been awful!!! Our (2) IPhone 15 pro Max 1024 which we paid in full were suppose to be here this past Monday March 11, 2024, it is now March 15th and still no phones. We called CC no-customer service on Wednesday for some help and was told there is nothing they would do to help find our phones, indeed, they told us WE would have to call USPS. So Consumer Celluar's TV adds bragging about customer service is a big LIE!!! Our phones are lost and neither CC or USPS give a damn!!!. I will be posting this on any review I can find!!!
