Initially you thought my phone was capable of using an esim card which we found out later that it wasn't. Therefor, we had to schedule an appointment at a local target which took 1-1/2 hours to get the phone activated due to the fact that log-in information and passcodes from my previous provider were needed and was never told to have them with me when I showed up. Fortunately your staff both at the counter and on the phone were terrific. If not for them it would have been a complete disaster.
