I received the phone earlier by several days than I expected. It arrived in perfect shape.

Purchased new Z flip phone 5, delivered quickly and order processing was easy. Total time was about 10 minutes on line with consumer cellular. Phone is excellent, had the z flip 4 until I broke it and it cant be fixed. It has more functions which I am still learning. It fits perfectly in my carry case purchased for the old phone, sits perfectly on my hip no butt calling with this phone. External screen works great can see most stuff on it.

When shopping for a new phone on your website, it said $150 off of an iPhone 15. When I went to order this, it showed as being out of stock for all colors and models of that phone. I did order the iPhone 14 at that time and the order went through my card was charged, and I received notification that it was on its way approximately two hours later I received an email telling me about the sale that was going on with $150 off of the iPhone 15. I checked the website and lo and behold. They all were available with the $150 discount. I feel that Consumer Cellular has pulled the old bait and switch on me and I'm very disappointed in this action. I did keep the iPhone 14 and I'm quite pleased with it but the $150 off sure would've helped.

So far my experience has been great. Had to call several times and each time my call was answered quickly and my issues solved. The reps I've dealt with were extremely professional and friendly. Just hope the service will work where I live out in the sticks ?
