What's happening to Consumer Cellular? The past 2 months I've received charges for services I've never requested.. text bill in January and data usage in February! No satisfaction.. customer service person has said these services have been used! I'm to pay! No way! The person I got the phone for is only a telephone user.. and that not often! He has no clue about text or data usage. I've been a customer since 2013, but won't be if that happens again.. and I'm really disappointed..they've always been a no-hassle group.. and for sure would have credited me and stopped these add-in's!! this isn't the company I've dealt with in the past!! So sad

Was surprised that my mailman left the box in the in the mailbox with no signature. Everything is working fine and only needed to contact Customer service to transfer the number from old phone.

"Terrible instructions for conversion and for case"

USPS screwed up. They refused delivery on an Easter egg donation because they wanted a signature but left my new iPhone without requiring a signature. It could have been stolen. Also, the instructions for transferring data from my old phone to my new one were extremely poor and inconsistent with Apple's instructions, and the instructions and YouTube video on installing the iPhone case were terrible. I still don't know what the tiny dust collector tags were for. It took most of a day, and a couple of hours the next day, to be ready to go.
