I received a pair of leggings which had a small ladder in the crotch. Initially, this was not visible when the leggings were off, but upon putting them on for the first time the ladder became apparent. I complained via the chatbot and spoke with Megan who, after provision of photos, said she would send out a replacement immediately. Such quick and brilliant customer service
