"Dishonest sales tactics and no customer loyalty"

This company provided a rewards points scheme that incentivised you to spend more money by offering points that converted to cash discounts. I built up a decent value to use and the t&c said I had 6 months to use them within. However because the scheme was "tricky to operate" (their explanation via we chat) they just removed it with no notice. Amateur behaviour. Won't be shopping here again and won't be wearing any of my previous purchases again l. No customer loyalty and hope they struggle.
