"Faulty product but..."

I ordered some leggings which fit beautifully and felt great but the stitching started coming out after a couple of wears. I contacted customer support and spoke to Jennifer who issues me a replacement pair free of charge and told me I could keep the faulty ones as well if I wanted. Very kind and prompt with their service. Appreciate the gesture.

"I recently placed an order but."

I recently placed an order but unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance through the chatbot, I was unable to get any further help. This has left me feeling quite frustand concerned. Additionally, while I have received plenty of promotional emails, I have not received any confirmation regarding my order status. This lack of communication has made me uneasy about the status of my purchase. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.
