TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! i have never been so frustwith a company. i had returned a hoodie and after months of waiting on a refund, the agent just kept saying the same useless thing over and over again, till i decided to give up on the refund since they said there was nothing they can do about it. i decided to make another recent order, and it has been 2 months and still no refund and more useless answers from the agents. I have wasted over $200 on clothes from them since they have failed to give me my refunds on both of my returns
