"Poor Customer Service"
The quality of goods received from AYBL is always really good but the customer service definitely needs work. I have ordered off AYBL a few times but have had a nightmare with my most recent order. Order was placed 3 weeks ago and tracking hasn't been updated in nearly 2 weeks, contacted customer service and was told to wait and see does the parcel arrive within 7 working days- it didn't. So I contacted them again and have heard nothing back. The courier are saying to contact AYBL as well as it is their job to sort but I've been offered little to no solutions from AYBL themselves. Really disappointed this time round and probably won't order ever again.

I lost my parcel via due to an issue with the delivery company therefore contacted your customer help chat for guidance to refund. I was given Lucy to manage my issue and she was so lovely to chat with, confirmed I have paid for my parcel and straight away confirmed to send me a new parcel with my items to make up for the lost ones! Very grateful for her input and how quick she managed to deal with the issue.

I had a parcel go missing at no fault of the company, and Elle was amazing. She was apologetic despite it being the couriers fault, and offered to replace the parcel immediately. Unfortunately some of the original items in the order were then unavailable / out of stock however Elle offered to provide alternatives of my choice to cover this. This was done in a quick and timely manner and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful person! Thank you again Elle :-)

Do NOT buy ANYTHING!! They sell you faulty products and then a very unfriendly customer support will tell you they don't take responsibilty for it. They hide themselves behind a 30 days guarantee, but a product this expensive should hold atleast 2 or 3 years before it tears.
