"Missing Items"
I placed my order on their birthday sale event on March 25th. I've ordered from them before and love their shorts, so I was patiently waiting for the sale. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I finally receive my package on April 10th only to see I'm missing 4 out of 8 items. I contacted them through their chat box and on messenger immediately. Received a reply 5 days later saying all items were shipped and that I might've misplaced them and that no further action was necessary. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges.

First of all love the shorts I ordered. Great quality and fast delivery ??. Knocked one star off as I had to make contact regarding a refund (I'd had to reorder my shorts as too small and can't exchange), no communication from them as to if they'd even received my order back let alone was my refund being processed. Contacted customer service via the chat bot system and once I'd aired my concern a lady called Sarah from the customer service team swiftly responded (literally within a few minutes if that from the start of my query) and told me that my refund had been issued and should appear in my account in 5-10 working days. Great service all around I'd say ?

"rubbish customer service."
I don't often order from AYBL and have had to return items due to fit etc. I tried to place an order earlier this week and they flagged it as fraud and cancelled it. I was told to reach out to the 'chat bot' if this was a mistake and did. Jennifer proceeded to read my message and not respond. I re-messaged asking for a complaints email and nothing. Very very poor customer service and it's a shame because the quality of the items are very good but this has left a bad taste. Won't be ordering from here again (as they've blacklisted me) but also because why have a team who read messages and don't respond? Or who don't read them all together. Get it together AYBL.

Every legging I've had from them has ripped at the but scrunch. They've replaced one but the quality is not what it should be.
