"Faulty leggings replaced quickly"

I ordered some leggings which had some stitching come away, but I only realised after I took the tags off. I messaged customer service and they offered to replace them straight away. Shout out to Mia the representative who was courteous and professional too! All round good experience, can't fault them!

"AYBL can't seem to handle dispatching orders following a sale"

I have been a happy AYBL customer for a couple of years now and been very happy with the quality of their products and always impressed by how quickly orders dispatch. As someone that is very active I have spent a lot of money at AYBL.I placed an order as part of the sale that launched on 25th March 2024. It's been over a week and I am still yet to receive a dispatch notification.I've received multiple promotional emails since placing my order and a couple of generic "we are working to get your order shipped" emails, with the excuse that the delay has been caused by the high volume of sales. I have shopped in many online sales and never experienced this kind of delay.On top of that I have tried to contact customer service. The chat bot gives me the same generic response. I then emailed "Jennifer" off the back of a previous query (they make it very difficult to talk to anyone other than the chat bot) and got the same generic response from "Jennifer" too. At this point I'm not sure if Jennifer is a human!I think AYBL should demonstrate more care and respect for their customers and be more transparent on when we can expect to receive a dispatch notification.

I am very disappointed in this company, my partner bought me 3 pairs of leggings for Christmas they were my absolute favourite leggings, then one day I was bending down to put on my socks and they ripped on the ass of them 2 out of the 3 leggings have ripped I'm now on my 3rd pair and just waiting for it to happen again, these are supposed to be squat proof !! I tried to email the company but they ignored my email and I've tried to dm them on instagram and still no reply, worst experience I've ever had!!
