"Worse company ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
I placed an ordered on AYBL website on 10/03/24. The order was due for delivery 12/03/24, the day of delivery I received an email from EVRI saying that my delivery will be delayed. I waited one week before I contacted AYBL customer service who advised me to wait an additional 7 days, which I did. Obviously, no parcel was delivered in this time (as expected). I emailed the customer service on 27.03.24 explaining that my parcel still hasn't arrived. Jennifer from their customer service department email back explaining that she has now logged this parcel as missing and will send out my order again. I emailed again on 7th April as I received no update or parcel, Jennifer then sent me an email with the tracking information to my original "lost" parcel. I emailed Jennifer back explaining my frustrations and asked could she process a refund as waiting 4 weeks is not acceptable. As expected, I received no reply from this Jennifer. I then email again on 13th April asking for an update on my refund, again no reply or refund. It is very disappointing that a company the size of AYBL is choosing to ignore customer who are simply asking for their money back after not receiving the goods they originally paid for. I would avoid this company like the plague now and advise others to do so!!!

"I really wanted to like this brand."
I really wanted to like this brand. I've wanted to try it forever, so I finally splurged on the birthday sale; unfortunately, it's been well over two weeks since I placed this order and it's no closer to arriving. After one week of no updates, I reached out to customer service and got a generic response about delays because of a high volume of orders but I could expect a shipping notice soon, and I've heard nothing since then in the past week and a half. At this point, the apparel would have to be exceptional for me to even consider ordering from them again. I'm worried about whether or not I'll even receive it.

Excellent customer service! Contacted Aybl via the chat regarding an item missing from my order. Within 24 hours not only had I had a response but the missing item has been re-sent with no extra shipping cost. Jennifer was really friendly and helpful sorting this for me and as a returning customer it definitely confirms why I love this brand so much. Thanks for your help Jennifer/ Aybl!

"Let down and disappointed"
I feel so let down and disappointed! I ordered from Aybl about 2 years ago and couldn't fault them, previously had quite a few bits and pieces from them.I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, 2 bras and 2 hoodies in the sale recently. I was really looking forward to wearing the shorts. However one pink pair were insanely see through which I sent back immediately. I kept the other 2 pairs but then wore one pair to the gym and I have never felt so uncomfortable. These shorts just literally roll up into the crease of my bikini line every time I even attempted to squat or do anything. So I spent my entire workout pulling them down after a set and obviously you're not going to get that by just trying them on at home so I obviously cut the labels etc out.I then tried the other pair thinking they may be better as they were a different style. Nope. Still spent the entire back workout pulling them down because whenever I sat on a machine they'd roll up.I emailed Aybl explaining this and was sent a link to the returns portal. I emailed back saying I'd raised a return and screenshotted it with the reasons only to get a response of "you can't return if you've cut the labels out, if you return them you won't get a refund and won't get your items back either"I then emailed back explaining AGAIN that the shorts are awful snd not fit for purpose whatsoever and have heard nothing back since.Shockingly awful, so I'm now out of pocket and can't really wear the shorts without looking like I'm in a freaking bikini at the gym!

"Fantastic gym clothes and good service"
It was my first experience ordering by AYBL during the sale (which i thought was a perfect opportunity to learn about this brand). 1 of the packages came pretty quickly, both the short and the top have a very nice quality and fit. Unfortunately I've experienced some problems with my second order, which was sent back cause of a typo in my address. But the client service (thanks Megan ??) came with a perfect solution and I'll still get my items.
