"Never received my products"

I made an order on the 26th and until today (April 1st) I haven't received my shipping/tracking information. The customer support is a JOKE and only sends us generic answers. Will def NOT buy again.

"Mia - Customer Service"

Mia from the customer service team offered incredible help when I had a parcel go missing at the hands of the courier company. She went above and beyond when finding solutions to the issue presented. Not only had my parcel gone missing the items I had originally ordered were now out of stock but she was able to suggest alternatives and send out a new order. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful individual!!

"Frustrating experiences with this company"

My first order with this company was straightforward and although most of the clothes didn't work for me, the order and returns process was fairly straightforward. That said, I mailed my return in over a week ago and the only update I have is that the return is still in transit. Two weeks ago they had a sale so I placed an order and still haven't received it. The tracking number I was given does not work and when I reached out to customer service they provided me with a link to someone else's tracking number (says the package is being delivered in a different state). The website has a chat option but it's not a live chat service, you have to wait for responses via email. I get if they only have enough manpower to answer CS inquiries through email but then don't make it seem like I can hop on a chat with someone and have my issue resolved quickly, please. To add to this, during the sale everything sold out within minutes, and that was including signing up for their mailing list so I could have "early" access. I thought we'd left these kinds of shady business practices in the past. Either have a sale that you stock up for so everyone can participate or mark things down that you're trying to clear from inventory without making it some big to do. Overall I would not recommend this company to friends.

"Thanks Megan"

I find that the complaints tool is not practical! When someone responds to us, we receive an email telling us that we can respond on chat or to this same email. Except that if we respond to the email this tells us this email will not be read.. Inconsistent! I still give 5 stars for Megan who was able to solve my problem. She is very professional and pleasant. So a big thank you to Megan!!

"Bad customer service"

I was contacted by email at the beginning of April as I received leggings that were too short. I have several leggings, the same model in the same size, so I know how the leggings should fit. After several emails, no help and I am left with a pair of leggings, which seem to have been made too short by the factory. It's a shame that factory errors can occur, but here at AYBL they simply no longer respond. always a fan of AYBL but this is just too poor customer service.
