Great customer service from Elle! My package got lost on the way and she sent me a new one for free.

The courier apparently delivered my package but I never received it. I wrote to the assistance and Megan contacted me and managed my problem. She solved it and was very nice.

I had not received an item from my order, I contacted customer service and got a response almost immediately. I spoke with a lovely member of the team name Elle who was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. She got my order sorted and re shipped to me I was really happy with the experience!

Mia was amazing; I had an issue with a pair of leggings I ordered being all scuffed on the back. I contacted and Mia sent me through a brand new pair for free within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service! X

My experience with Elle, was great.I had issues with my delivery due to me forgetting my apartment number. Elle gave me peace of mind that the stuff i ordered will be resent to me and did just that! She was quick and efficient which i love! Thank you again Elle!!

Ordered 4 items in the recent Birthday Sale, received only 2 items as they had oversold. The 2 items I did receive took over 2 weeks to arrive with no tracking available. Customer service was shocking, no real person to talk to at all!

But after having contact with the customer service, in particular Megan, I heard that a new one would be send to me without any problems.
