I didn't have to return the item and I could choose between receiving a new item or a refund on my order. Within 15 minutes I was helped. Thank you so much Elle for your fast and kind service!!!

I received a pair of leggings that piled after two wears. I spoke to two people from 'customer services', one of whom told me it must have been an issue with how I washed the leggings (I didn't wash them). After trying to get a response for a week, I asked to file a complaint. I was spoken to by a member of customer services who said they would help, but they've since not followed up on any email. I have never had such appalling customer service, especially considering other brands like Gymshark are happy to replace a faulty item within six months. I won't ever shop with AYBL again and I'm going to deter anyone I know from shopping with them.

I wanted to change the shipping address on my order which was possible as it hadn't been shipped yet. I messaged the Chat bot and spoke to a lovely staff member called Lucy. She replied very quickly and assured me that address has been changed on the shipping label but not to worry if on my email it is still the previous address. Overall a really good experience!
