I didn't think I'd receive any order confirmation anymore, but it only took her minutes to retrieve my information. Great customer service!

Order number UK755245Placed an order on 27/3/24 for 7 items of gym clothes. Received a delivery (eventually) on 12/4/24 of 1 pair of pyjamas !!!If you are considering ordering from this company please have a look into how difficult it is to contact them if something goes wrong, it's a joke.I finally managed to get in touch with them a few days ago but the person has not got back to me, which all things considered is disappointing but certainly not surprising.I messaged them again earlier today but am not holding out much hope.A company should be judged on how they perform when something goes wrong and this lot fail miserably in that department.***Update***I have now sent them over a dozen messages via e-mail, Facebook and their chat bot. I have just received an automated response from both the Facebook and e-mail messages stating that it is not monitored (this never happened with previous messages) and to use the chat bot (which they don't respond to either). I just cannot muster any sort of response from this company.I have serious doubts about the positive reviews on this page, there is not a section to input your order details, therefore the reviews are not verified.Please, for your own good seriously consider what you are doing before placing an order with this company considering they do not have a contact phone number and are basically uncontactable.Please also check all the reviews raving about somebody in customer service being wonderful - they all have 1 review to their name so obviously FAKE !!!!!
