Emailed AYBL as a pair of leggings I had received had a small defect. Was contacted by Jennifer within a couple of days no quibble whatsoever offering to send a new pair! Amazing customer service and the products are well worth the money.

I have bought from Aybl a few times now. Their sizing can be a little bit off, as with any shop, but their returns process is so easy! I posted back through Evri and 10 days later I hadn't heard anything so I contacted customer services through their website and received an email back from Elle (within a couple of hours after my initial email) who had sorted this out instantly for me. Really happy with the service! Great quality products and service from my experience.

I had a slight issue with my order, however, after reaching out and discussing the matter to Elle, she manage to resolve the issue quickly and in a way which didn't inconvenient me. I was extremely impressed with Elle's professionalism and customer service. From this interaction alone, has made me want to re-purchase in the near future.

Torn leggings! I recently got some empower leggings and they split down the bum before I could even squat in them! Lucy was super helpful and I have a new pair arriving soon. Thanks AYBL, I'll definitely be placing another big order soon!

Excellent customer service!Shipment took quite a long time. After 3 weeks replacment order was sent free of charge. Original order was fortunately delivered after 3,5 weeks, and I checked if AYBL could stop replacement order or if I just could return it when it's delivered. To late for stopping shipment, and no need for returning - gesture of good will :-) Thanks Danielle! Your prompt replies and good service beats long delivery :-)

"Loose seams"
I purchased the new staple leggings and the seams in the back of the leggings were coming apart. I contacted AYBL and was connected to Megan. She offered a replacement pair for the same value since the staple leggings were out of stock. I genuinely wanted the staple leggings and she reassured me to contact AYBL once they were back in stock so I could be sent the replacement pair. As soon as they were back in stock (3ish weeks later) I contacted Megan and she sent the replacement pair IMMEDIATELY! Thank you Megan for going above and beyond for the AYBL community. You were quick, kind, and efficient. It made this experience as stress-free as possible for me.

After a small error on an item in my order, I contacted customer service through the chatbot. I got in touch with Lucy and she helped me excellently! The contact was smooth, Lucy was very friendly and immediately suggested me an alternative.As a concession, I am now receiving a new item from my order. Lucy also informed me that the order was on its way, of which I immediately received a confirmation e-mail. I have been satisfied with AYBL's products for a long time, but now I am definitely pleased with their customer service as well! Thank you Lucy!
