"They don't own up to poorly made products."
Their customer service is poor. I have a couple of great items from them, but had issues with a pair of joggers. I haven't even had them a year and they ripped on the calf, not even the seam. Asked them how they handle faulty items and was told they couldn't help me. I was very disappointed as the quality was poor due to thin material. They no longer sell them if that tells you anything...
